Online Provider Search
With the Online Provider Search, your employees can find out if their preferred doctors or hospitals are part of a plan’s provider network. It includes information for all of the health plans in the CaliforniaChoice program – Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna + Oscar, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, Sharp Health Plan, Sutter Health Plus, UnitedHealthcare, and Western Health Advantage.
Here are the steps to search:
Visit the Provider Search page on our website
- Accept the search terms of use
- Fill in search information
- Enter a city or ZIP Code (required)
- Specify the doctor’s gender
- Select a health plan
- Click “Find Your Doctor”
- Review the results
Users can also narrow or widen the search by adding:
- Hospital affiliation
- Language(s) spoken
- Preferred doctor’s last name
- Distance from your targeted ZIP Code or city
Online Rx Search
Our Online Rx Search allows your employees to look up prescription drugs by brand, generic name, or health condition. Then, they can see if each is included in the health plans they’re considering.
